Where Creative Minds Play!

Campus and Facilities
MSSA uses Middlesex School’s outstanding facilities

This summer Middlesex campus is in the middle of construction of our new theatre and visual arts spaces. While this temporarily displaces both MSSA and the Middlesex community for a little while, MSSA is fully functional on a different side of campus. We have some exciting new spaces, including the ThRink, which allow our campers and staff a unique opportunity.

The Rachel Carson
Music and Campus Center

Completed in May of 2017, this building is the new home of the music program for Middlesex School (and MSSA) and includes a 150 seat recital hall, an instrumental rehearsal room, multiple music classrooms, practice rooms, and several other classrooms.

New Theatre and
Visual Arts Spaces
(Coming Summer 2019!)

Our current theatre and visual arts building will be completely renovated and expanded to include 2 new visual arts studios, ceramics studio, digital art studios, photography studio, and art gallery.

The theatre will be increased and completely updated and will include an orchestra pit.  There will also be a 200-seat black box theatre for smaller, more intimate productions.

Camp participants also use the swimming pool, gym, dance studios, squash courts, and Chapel.
